8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to proven direct damage and does not exceed the amount paid over the last twelve months. We decline all liability for indirect damage or loss of data not attributable to gross negligence on our part.

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your customer area; the cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. We may suspend or terminate an account in the event of a breach of these Terms.
