The Services block

Presenting what you offer as cards, with an icon, a title and a description.

In this article

The Services block shows what you offer as small cards side by side. Each card has an icon, a title and a short description.

It is the ideal block for the question: « What exactly do you do? »

Filling in the block

  1. Open the page in the editor, then click the SERVICES block.

  2. Title — the section heading, for instance My services or What we offer.

  3. Subtitle — an introductory sentence, optional.

  4. In the « Services » section, fill in each service.

  5. Click « Save ».

Adding a service

  1. Click « + Add » in the Services section.

  2. A numbered block appears (#1, #2…).

  3. Fill in its fields:

    - Icon — click the field and a library of small images opens. Type a word in the search (heart, syringe, hand…) to find the right icon.

    - Title — the name of the service, for instance Wound care.

    - Description — one or two explanatory sentences.

To remove a service, click « Remove » at the top right of its card.

How many services?

Three, six or nine. These numbers lay out into neat rows on a desktop screen.

Five services will leave a « gap » at the end of the second row. That is not a problem, but three full rows look tidier.

Writing a good description

A useful description says what the patient gets, not what you do technically.

  • Dressing changes performed according to protocol.
  • I change your dressings at home, as often as needed, working with your doctor.

Two sentences are enough. If a service deserves a longer explanation, give it a dedicated page and point to it with the section button.

The section button

At the very bottom of the block, two fields let you add a button under all the cards:

  • Section button text (optional) — for instance See all my prices.
  • Section button link (optional) — the destination page.

That button only appears if both fields are filled in.

And prices?

The Services block has no separate price field, but nothing stops you putting the price in the description: 60-minute session — CHF 120.

If you have a full price list, create a Prices page with a Title & Text block instead, and point to it from the section button.
