Creating your website

You do this only once. After that, you will only ever be editing your site.

Good news: we fill your site with example text and images. So you never start from a blank page — you replace the examples with your own words, at your own pace.

Step 1 — Choose the visual style

Two styles are offered. They change only the look, never the content:

• Nature — warm and natural, with soft curves.
• Modern — professional and clean, with straight lines.

Click the one you like, then click « Continue ».

Step 2 — Choose the site type

Pick the template closest to your practice: home care, nursing practice, independent nurse, massage, osteopathy, kinesiology, or a blank site.

This choice decides which pages are created for you and which example text is used. A « Nursing practice » template will create a home page, a services page and a contact page, for instance.

Click the template, then click « Continue ».

Step 3 — Fill in your details

You are asked for your business name, your tagline, the language of your site and your contact details.

Everything is optional. If you leave a field blank, we put example text in its place, which you will edit later.

• Your business name — for instance Care Plus.
• Tagline — a short sentence, for instance Your health, at home.
• Website language — the main language of your site. You can add more later.
• Main headline and introduction — the first words your visitors will read.
• Email, phone, address — your contact details, shown in the contact block.

Step 4 — Choose your site address

This is the address you will give your patients. It is made of the name you choose, followed by .nursee.ch.

If you type care-plus, your site will be reachable at care-plus.nursee.ch.

Rules to follow:

• letters, numbers and hyphens only;
• no spaces, no accents, no dots;
• the name must be free: if someone has taken it, a message tells you and you pick another.

Then click « Create my site ». Creation takes a few seconds.

And then?

Your site exists and it is online. Here is the order we suggest:

1. Replace the example text on your home page.

2. Add your own photos.

3. Check your contact details.

4. Set up online appointments, if you need them.
