The content blocks
The Contact block
Showing your contact details and a form so visitors can write to you.
In this article
The Contact block shows your contact details and, if you want it, a message form.
After the Hero, it is the most important block on your site: it is the one that turns a visitor into a patient.
Filling in the block
Open the page in the editor, then click the CONTACT block.

The contact form
If the Β« Show contact form Β» box is ticked, your visitors see a small form: their name, their e-mail, their message.
When someone submits it, the message arrives in the Messages section of your dashboard, and a red dot appears beside it in the menu.
See Messages received.
Say when you are available
The block's subtitle is the ideal place to avoid misunderstandings. One sentence is enough:
I answer messages Monday to Friday, between 8am and 6pm.For an emergency, please call me directly on the number below.I usually reply the same day. Thank you for your patience at weekends.
A visitor who knows when to expect a reply does not worry, and does not chase you three times.
Check your details
Two places for your contact details
Do not mix them up:
| Where | What it affects |
|---|---|
| The Contact block of a page | The details shown on that page only. |
| Site settings β Contact information | The details shown in the footer, across the whole site. |
The two are independent. If your phone number changes, correct it in both places. See Contact details and social links.
Does every page need a Contact block?
On your Contact page, obviously. And it is very sensible to have one at the bottom of your home page too: that is where the visitor arrives at the end of their reading, ready to reach you. Do not make them go looking.
On the other pages, a Call to action block pointing to your contact page is plenty.
